Looking for a new 10" subwoofer...

Hey guys. I've currently got a 10" Alpine SWR-1043D in a .8ft^3 sealed box getting around 850W at 2 ohm, and it sounds pretty good. I'd like to upgrade, though, as I'd like a sub with a bit better quality, and possibly more volume. I don't really want to change my enclosure, as I have a custom cubby box for my car. The box is about 7 inches deep, so most 10" subs should fit easily. I was looking at possibly getting a Sundown sub, but I'm not entirely sure of how much better it would be. Any ideas for a better subwoofer? If it helps, the amp is a Hifonics BRZ1200.1D.

This picture shows the box, but since the focus wasn't the box, it's not really a great picture. I can go take a better one if you guys want me to.

in the same box ,not sure in a ported box maybe .really depends on what you are trying to achieve here

I'm trying to achieve more SQ and possibly a bit more volume than my current Type R 10.

you'll need a bigger box then for more output ,if you want more sq then maybe a tantric md or dc level 2
