I need a 2 channel that will do 200-300 @2ohms per channel. Needs to be as cheap as possible, but still a good amp.

powerbass asa 600.2! rest of there stuff has fallen in quality. the asa amp's are sweet though

ok, it is for a friend that I built the boxes for. 2- 10" Memphis PR dual 4's. Seperate boxes, each sub wired in parallel. Going in a 1970 Olds 98. He dose not have a lot of money, just looking for options for him.

Why not find an amp that does 600 watts @ 4ohms or 1 ohm, that would be a bit easier to work with IMO.

I'd definitely recommend going with a small class D that does 600+ at 1 or 4ohm

check this rockford out. It will be underrated and it is inexpensive.
