Looking for 6.5" components cheap

you obviously don't know anything about your products...
1. They're textile...not aluminum nor silk

2. They're D@MN HARSH! "certainly not harse"....BLASPHEMY!!! ahahaha
That guy was the only person I have ever heard say that infinity tweets aren't harsh.

Second, technically even based on his definition you could make a textile out of pretty much any substance that could be woven. Might not be aluminum (I just bought them from a friend) but sure are harsh as hell.

To the orignal question.

I would order a set of aura tweets from desert heat and then get a descent pair of speakers from partsexpress and build your own crossovers. The crossovers could most likely be built with components for less then $10-$20.

My dayton ref series sound great for the money.

If you have to get something now with $100, I say get a set of CDT CL-6X coaxials for about $50. Save $100 to that other $50 and get the CDT CL-61 comps suggested by 95TsiAWD. Once you've got those components used the coaxs as rear fill (if you're in to that sort of thing)
