Looking for 2 1500 watt subs

So my brother has an audiopipe 3000 watt amp and a lanzar optidrive 12 opti1233d but he wants to get a second one but it wouldn't be able to wire to 2 ohms for his amp which is only 2 ohm stable so I wanted to see if there's any subs around 1500 watts a piece that he could get for a low price but still be decent. His budget isn't very high so there might not be any. If he can sell the Lanzar for something around 180-200 he would have about 400-450 to spend on new subs so I was just wondering if there are any around that price range?

You could get four 12s or four 15s each with dual 4 ohm coils for that money, does he have space for something like that?

He's got an envoy so it is an suv it does have the space but idk if he wants to use all of his cargo space. Although I just asked him and he said to email him with links to subs so I guess that means he would consider it. What subs did you have in mind that would be around $400?
