Looking fo advise on new system.

I am looking for advise on a new system my car is a 07 chevy cobalt LS. Currently is all stock but i am looking for a major upgrade. The subs that i want are the Kicker L3's two 12" but was wondering what speakers/headunit and amp would go good with these. Out of exerience i like the pioneer brand speakers which i had on my old honda but got rid of them when i upgraded the car. My budget is around $800-1000.

go with two sa 12's if you want 12's the l3's arent very good imo..

ok them dump the kickers,go with the sa woofers instead.also a good set of components up frt,and maybe coaxials in the rear,amps.is the 800-100 for a deck, amp, woofers, and speakers or just what

the 800-1000 is for the enitre set up not inculding install

alpine cda 117 250 ,cdt comps hd 61 275 ,coaxials 75,woofers 300, amp 300. this would be 1200,but very nice then another 320 for a mids amp so 1520 final total .

I would go with either 2 sundown audio sa -12s on an audioque 1200.1 or 2 skar audio vxx 12s on a 1200.1 audioque. then pick a nice head unit you like and get a set of component speakers for your front and get a decent amp on them. Wouldnt worry about the rear speakers because if you do your front ones right the rear will not matter

Infinity Reference 6032si $80

Just add a head unit and a custom box and you are set.

Not a top notch system, but not too bad on a small budget.
