Lookin for a new set of cans

I'm lookin for a new set of circumaurul headphones. I have it narrowed down to three sets, leaning towards the technics. I've heard the accoustic research cans I heard have problems with the hinge, but they have the best response. The sennheisers I've heard good things about. So Im stuck between the three... Not sure about impedance with the technics though, thats what Im kinda nervous about.

Personally I'd do sennheiser. They're just good all around headphones
