Are CVR's worth the money? Because I had a VR and it didnt sound that great.... Are they that much better than the VR's?

CVR's are the best sub for under $100 hands down. I prefer them over JL W3V2's which are $150. They just wang and in a properly built box sound awsome too.

No not hands down. There are plenty of decent subs in that price range. Fosgate Hx2 comes to mind.
