My experience with Skar (Kevin) was great. I purchased subs directly from him via pm and he answered every question and did everything just as he said he would. I bet I pm'd him 25 times and got a quick response every time! Ordered subwoofers 2 different times and they were shipped when he said they would be. All in all, he was easier to deal with/more helpful than any other company I have dealt with. I knew of the shady stuff in the past, but not the full story (none of us know the full story,just what we read) but I decided to give it a shot after talking with him through pms. He was just as nice and helpful after I had paid as he was before... as far as CS goes, Skar Audio seems to be top notch in that area imo.

I'm sorry you didn't get your own personal OMG I'm so sorry random customer. But fact of the matter is, he can't successfully run a business while sifting through the crybabies who bump and bring up old threads and demand answers or we will "lose 20 customers" because of this thread.

Just because the thread was posted when it was doesn't mean he has not answered this Q a countless amount of times....

You guys are beating a dead horse......and unfortunately to the handful and people that just want to see us fail. I am sorry, but we are here to stay.

And I will continue to bust my *** to make our CS the best it can be. Most people elsewhere have given him a second chance, and we have took that and ran with it. Going from 1 line to 2 full sub lines, comp sets, and a full line of 4 amps.

No one is perfect, and makes are always made. He is doing what he loves as I am sure a lot of us wish we could say that too. Hopefully after some "gamble" and deal with us they will experience SKAR and be able to speak on Kevin themselves

You totally missed the point. You said we dont know the whole story. Yet the incident happened here before you were around. In reality we know more of the story than you do. It happened in our back yard. Perhaps its you who is blinded.

No one was scammed for the 15th time, and when there were the few issues over 2 years ago the customers were refunded.
