Didn't read the whole thread but I didn't have poor customer service when I bought from Skar.
When I did my package deal and I got my box, it had some problems. Sub cutouts were too small (lulz) but it was no biggie, emailed kevin about it and then just used a jig and fixed it. Later on found out the board for my port was loose. Emailed Kevin and just a minute or two later he emailed me back saying he would just ship me another box free of charge. I hadn't even brought up anything about getting another box and within a week a new box was at my door.

I don't know how he was in the past, but I can't hate on him because I like the subs and I had great customer service when I bought from them so idk.

^This times 10, everyone affiliated with SKAR that I've dealt with, be it Kevin, Ryan, Alex etc they're all super nice and professional.

So what. Kevin buys the rest of the pre sales out so now Sundown and Skar can both raise the price on them at the same time. Everybody is hustlin'

I think it would have been something pretty cool if Kevin would have bought at the pre-order price, then sold at an "in-between" price, so he can still make a little money, but still help some people out. Selling them at like $160 or something, that'd be pretty neat.

car audio forums is for the "real" people. We don't nuthug up the ass like many other forums. Sure there are the forum boners but we understand when something is and was wrong and for **** sure will get to the bottom of it. If you don't like it too bad then GTFA.
