little sub help needed

alright i think i found a subwoofer i might want to use for a little 2.1 setup i am building...i am going to do this project for the mains:

and for the sub i want to use:

it is the dayton DVC...it says that all specs are with the voice coils wired in parallel, and it says nominal impedence is 8 ohms so im guessing that means two 4 ohm voice coils, but the plate amp i want to get is 70 watts RMS @ 4 ohms so could i just use one voice coil in this case? how would this affect sound or power?

no its a dual 8 ohm vc

yea i cant read apparently...thx bud...i have been out of the wiring game for awhile, so can i wire both 8 ohm coils in parallel to get a 4ohm load?

I'm not 100% sure but I think it can be wired to both 8ohms and 4 ohms, so ya, your in the clear.
