Little Help With Setup

So i have a question about my setup and how I can make it optimal. First of all I have a Pioneer avh-p6600dvd, i believe it says 2 channels x50. I have an Alpine amp powering my Sony 12s in my trunk, my question is my high end speakers. I have 2 in the front and 2 in the back, I forget the wattage, i think maybe 50 rms each. I have them plugged right into the head unit via the wiring harness but I also have a spare rockford amp [500watts i believe] that I was thinking about using for them. There is RCA front output, RCA rear output, and RCA Sub output. I have my Alpine amp in the sub output powering my subwoofers. Would I get better sound using my spare rockford amp plugged into the Front output RCAs instead of just in the wiring harness or how does that work? Would i need 2 different amps to plug the fronts in the front RCA output and a separate one for the rear 2 speakers into the rear RCA output? Anyone familiar with this head unit? I'm just a little confused, please help me out as I dont think im gettin the full potential out of my highs

Anyone? I guess generally what should I do to get optimum power my 4 high end speakers when I have a 2 channel headunit that has RCA Front Output, RCA Rear output, and RCA Sub output [assuming my subs obviously would connect to the sub output]....I hope this question is understandable lol

you will need a 2 or 4 channel amp to run you front/back speakers. You will have to run speaker wire from your amp(s) to the door panels or wherever else they are and hook them up.
