List every single expense of living on your own

Anybody factor in dating? Bishes be expensive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif. Oil changes? Brakes? Tires? Tollways(chicago). School supplies?

May not be monthly expenses but they do occur every now and then.

House payment: $375 every two weeks

Water Bill: $46

Electric Bill: $43

(yes, I know they are flipped, I am on a sewer system)

Cable + Internet = $60

Groceries: $250-300

Property Taxes: $600/yr

Propert Insurance: $600/yr

Cell Phone: $48/mo

Gas: $300/mo

My cat eats this food that cost $20/mo so I guess I should include that.

I live alone in middle TN.

I haven't bought any school supplies for graduate school. I use copy paper from the libarary...lol

Ans why is that??? That is exactly what they are for.. People that are working but cant seem to make ends meet. Thats nothing to be ashamed of, and thats what we pay taxes for.
Something to be ashamed of is those that have extra kids and such to get these benefits indefinitely.
x2, i'd apply for them but i make too much //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Stay @ home. Its not worth the money to be 'free' from your parents.

I am 21 and live @ home. Go to school and have a night job. Its not bad at all. I dont pay for home cooked meals, I dont pay rent, or insurance. Just my stuff, and my stuff only... So basically phone/caraudio/fastfood/gas/random BS

living @ home FTW

rent-$300/month

water-$17/month

cable-$15/month

electric-$50-$60/month

food-$alot

other expenses (aka alcohol)-$alot

This is for a 5 bedroom house with everyone paying their own share so utilities really aren't that bad.

groceries will be more then 600.00/month for 3 people thats only 6.66 a day each & with beer, soda, juice and booze and 3 meals a day it ain't gonna happen unless you eat top ramen all day every day...
