List every single expense of living on your own

I spend about $250/mo in groceries...but I eat out maybe once per month and most meals last 3 meals...meaning dinner tonight it also lunch and dinner tomorrow.
Ouch sounds rough. I'll take it you're a pretty slender guy? Unless you eat 5,000 calorie dinners...

i can tell you living alone in overland park sucks to pay for.

cable/internet 118 a month

rent 625 and that is discounted

gas 30 being generous

electric 30 also being generous

water 40

food 300 easily and i shop at sams club a lot

gas for car 100-140

car payment 200 which is cheap

random audio ish (prices vary however close to 1000 this month oops)

and im sure im forgetting some stuff

You will need renters insurance. Most renters will not let you sign the lease without a policy in hand. 200/ month per person for groceries will not buy living necessities, such as trash bags and other houshold items. I would hope you'll invest in air fresheners too, or else the house will smell like a sweaty gym sock pretty quickly. Laundry detergent is pretty darn expensive.

Rent: 800

Renters insurance: 160/year

Utilities: 120

Groceries, soap, household items: 475

Car Payment: 500

Car insurance: 315 (for 3 cars)

School loan: 100

Furniture for 1 bed apt.: 4,000 all at once

Cable, internet: Free provided by job

Cell phone: 160 (for 2 lines)

Total: $2370/month
