Autotek MM3000.1 is 2.3k @2 and leaves you room to upgrade to 3k @1. Of course it requires a little more cash than 400.

sundown sae1500d..at .5.

i used to run my pca2000d of my electrical with no problems. if i ran the sundown at .5..am i gunna have any problems?

those kickers are suprisingly efficent and work very well even if you dont have a beefy electrical. honestly the kicker will run best off a sub par electrical than ANY other amp in that price range. i ran my old 2500.1 @ 1 ohm off 2 red tops and a 90 amp alty AND STILL maintained 12v //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

find yourself a yellow top for theback and get some kind of AGM battery for the front with 1 or 2 runs of 1/0 for power (ground to the chasis) and youll be fine running that kicker at 2 ohms man. there was test done with the zm vesus an orion 2500 and a 20.1.....zx like 90% efficent at like 2.x ohms after the imp rise (iirc the DCR was .7ohm).......kicker wins again....

i think im gunna look into the sundown 1500d..

the whole point of my gettin rid of my 2500.1 was to avoid getting another battery for a few months, until i get my new truck. my truck has a few electrical upgrades already, but since i plan on getting a new truck soon, i didnt wanna buy an alt for this one, spend all the time wiring it..etc. just something to hold me over.

Will put closer to 2400 at 2 though.

A pair of SAE-1000D's strapped will be about 2k at 2 ohms.
