Line Output Converter

Hey Everyone,

I need some help finding the appropriate LOC.

I'm in a 08 BMW and the HU sends a digital signal to the amp, therefore i have to tap the signal for my sub amp from the 150w subwoofer signals. What LOCs can accept input signals this high? So far I've only found audiocontrol's LC6i for $140.

I'm contemplating going the JL clean sweep CL441+CL-SSI route since I will eventually be upgrading the whole system. But this option is around $300.

Suggestions?
