line output converter help

i hooked up the line output converter to my 02 4runner but it seems that only one channel is working. right now i have no sound coming from my subs, but i was messing with the rca's and the right channel will pop if i unplug it and put it back in. the left does not do this, is there any way to make this work without having to spend any more money on another line output converter because i am broke after paying for college and car payment.

is it an adjustable line out converter if so you might want to mess with the gains on the LOC. if not you need o get a new one .
