If that Audiobahn does what it sounds like it does, I wouldn't bother. It sounds like it has a remote bass boost, not gain control. You want remote gain, otherwise you just have a remote clipping inducer.

correct it is not a gain control but it does give you level control along with being able to change boost freq. without leaving the driver seat.

But its "level" only controls the bass boost level. Pointless. You'd have a remote for a useless feature. You may as well just use your HU bass control. Does the same thing.
