Line Driver on Ebay

OK, my Pioneer deck only has 2V preouts, so I was looking at line drivers, and I found this one on Ebay.

Is this complete BS? Is it a waste of my $10? or is for a guitar or something like that? If it will actaully help, I might have to part with my $10 and get it.

I don't know anything about that particular product, but you usually get what you pay for. they are also 12.99 for shipping. If you notice, 3/4 of the pictures on that site are of their cars and not of this line driver. I would say it was BS.
