Limited options due to small country! Help me pick a 15" sub

So heres the deal, half the stuff I read about on here isn't available in NZ, and to import a big sub would be expensive due to shipping costs. I am pretty much down to these two subs

this: **1250RMS Soundstream SPLX 15" SUB WOOFER SALE!!** | Trade Me

Pros: can be wired to 1 ohm to run my amp at 1150w rms, and would actually be able to deal with it no problems. Good reputation reliability etc.

Cons: would have to sit in my ****** as sealed enclosure until I can afford to buy a decent ported one

Or this: CBR15 Ported Enclosure | Trade Me

Pros: Comes in ported box all ready to go, from what I have heard these subs are very efficient and kick low and hard.

Cons: probably not as loud as the Soundstream would be once I got a proper ported box and everything, only 600w rms, unsure on impedance or even whether or not it's a DVC.

So thats it: which one would you recommend?

Soundstream, build a ported box.....cost you ~50USD with all material.

I have an SPLX and it gets loud as hell. From my experiences with it, you would be best using a box with a higher tuning (33-35). My box is tuned to 31, and although it hits the lows, I'm not getting the full potential as I could be getting.

New Zealand dollars, and things like this are expensive because they are imported on a much smaller scale.

Oh and thanks guys, Soundstream it is! I'll probably buy a box though as I'm sick of building my own and I just don't have the time anymore

That price is depressing, but the soundstream is a pretty capable woofer.
