lil help w/ sub choice

i did a quick search trying to find a comparison between the 2 subs with nothing coming up. does anyone have any experience with the FI Q and also the RL-P? both would be 15" and ran off 1000 watts in the optimal sealed enclosure. looking for sql. i havent paid much attention to subs lately, is there something else out there better that can be had @ 200 bucks (obviously used)
