Whoever is harping about the GTR is an idiot. This car's looks alone are worth more than the GTR. If you've never seen one in person, take it from me: it is not an attractive vehicle.

I know a dude that bought one with some money he won for a lawsuit. Its far from being unattractive. If it was such a POS as everyone states it wouldnt have won Motortrends car of the year after it was out for a month.

It is an outstanding car, and I'll defend it to the end. It doesn't, however, make you think "wow, those are beautiful lines".

The sheer fact that it's production run is limited to 500 will be the main selling point.

why because i was looking for Bang for the buck like everyone's talking about? if i wanted just a bad *** car for Big Money it wouldn't be a fukin Lexus or a Nissan that's for sure. id get something like an Ascari A10 or Ferrari FXX something that would thoroughly annihilate both the Lexus and a GT-R in all aspects.

No, because if you put enough money into anything, then you can be faster. Sitting still, you can't be faster than a true supercar. Sitting in a parking lot, you're nowhere near a supercar's aura. Kids don't come out of schools to see your turbo civic when your neighbor's Pagani drives up at the same time. Supercars aren't just about performance, even though they will beat 98% of everything on the road. Even then, you take your 600hp Evo out to a track, and sure, it can probably hang...for a good amount of time. The supercar will last for a lifetime, and more importantly, when you start adding insane boost on a small motor, you have nowhere near the real world power as an Italian V12 or German V8.

Some rich Asian kid here on campus bought one and he gave me a ride a few weeks ago. It will rip your ****ing eyelids off in a straight line, then rip your eardrums off while cornering. The interior is beautiful, I agree. The exterior looks terrible IMO.

i wouldnt pay $300,000+ for the Lexus, however i would rather have it over a Nissan. Supercar status, rare,beautiful. if i wanted less expensive performance, it would be a Viper,or a vette. but hey, you can polish a turd all you want and at the end of the day its still a piece of shit
