Can you take the ECA stack while on No-xplode?
What is a good creatine powder that you would recommend for when I get off of No-xplode? I was told you take creatine for a month or so, and then layoff. Are you saying it is ok to take everyday? Not in large doses, but lets say, after a month of taking it everyday, the next month take it just on days I workout?

My diet.....whatever I can eat whenever..my daily schedule is so wack that it is hard to maintain meals....I really need to get on that...

Ill post up my workout tommorow. Its pretty basic. 2 chests/2 shoulder/2 back/ 2 leg/cardio 20-30minutes/abs/lat

By 2 I mean number of excersizes working that muscle group. I usually do about 3 sets per excersize. Lately I've been doing a little more on top of this workout (maybe some biceps and some triceps) but nothing much more than that. I go to 24hr so they gave me one of those workout schedule things. I work for Starbucks so I got a good deal on their whole fitness thing, so I figured why not? Ya know?

Anyway, thank you for all the help. Last year I tried to get into this but didn't have the motivation I do now. I love working out and would go 7 days a week if I could. I really appreciate all the help.

2 exercises @ 3 sets each per muscle group is way too low. you need to be doing at least 4-5 exercises at at least 3 sets each to really get anywhere. you gotta remember to push yourself too. your not gonna see any gains it you can push out 12 reps wthout any strain. now dont go straining a muscle (or worse), but my rule of thumb is to do my sets so that i can only get about 6 reps on the second to last set. then on the last set i drop the weight really low and go till exaustion.

I have friends cycling this right now and both are showing VERY noticable gains after 4 weeks (since rugby started). they should be tapering with formadrol soon

I will probably wind up being the Methyl 1 D guinea pig as m1a is getting harder to get ahold of. Caffeine + Yohimbine + m1a + proper diet (also omega 3 fish oils, lots 2g of protein/per pound) = MASSIVE gains

oh and btw, i did this "new" exercise today for my tris. my buddy told me about it, but we never did it b4, its crazy. you do 10 reps of skull crushers, then 10 reps of...closegrip bench? (i dunno what its called), then 10 reps of shoulder to chest (thats what he called it). u use all the same weight and do them back to back without break. **** did that get my tri good. best tri workout ive ever done, hands down.

 
you **** skinny *****. you havent been on this forum at all, preston took your place! ah ****, well, you should use no xplode (or other creatine suppliment) before and after you lift. also, take plenty of protein all day every day especially right after u lift. but def dont limit it to just whey protein. you need all the different kinds u can get, whey, egg, beef, chicken, tuna. just eat a fvck ton of it. and if your a skinny *****, def get some weight gainer, GNC makes mass XXX which has like 800 calories per serving. that stuff will get you real jacked. dont do an ECA stack unless you want to cut, which it sounds like u def dont need to cut.

I think I'm going to cycle this no-xplode and then move to a creatine supp. The protein I use now is around 600 calories on its own, and around 900 in 2 cups of nonfat milk, and I've been starting to use whole to get as many calories as I can.

With 3 shakes a day that is already roughly 2700 calories, and whatever I eat in between that won't be more than 1000, so I think I will be fine.

I'll start doing more sets. I just need to findout more excersizes to do. I don't know too many.

 
Tell ya what bro,, taking a bunch of shit, to try to bulk up quick, will not only kill your body, but will ****en make you sick as shit. I used to slam a bunch of celltech, musclemass shit... when i started working out, i weighed 160. I have been working out for a year, on just gnc protein, 2 double scoops a day. and i have gained 20 lbs of muscle the healthy way. dont be a stupid *** and throw a bunch of shit in your body if you cant even eat the right amount of calories you need in a day. First off the most important things in bulking up, is the proper nutrtion, vitamins, and protein... but, if you want to waste money, trying to get big quick, go ahead. it doesnt skip the reps, it doesnt make you stronger, be smart about this....

Its not a steroid, but will give you the results of illegal steroids. but you have to be careful because it can raise your cholestral to very dangerous levels and its very bad for your liver. heres an article on it...

This is a very true statement. The newest stuff out on the market that people are eating up is Haladrol. This product is on the lines of Superdrol. I wouldnt recommend this stuff to anyone. Everyone justs need a good pre and post work out creatine. Also need a good protein and maybe some n02.

 
i just ordered my new stuff....went with the BSN stack this time, NO explode, cell mass and nitrix as well as a xyience growth factor to keep my testosterone levels up for when stop cycling 17HD....you gotta try different stuff cause everything works differently for everyone...

I shit like 2-4 times a day now. Plus I'm starting to get gnarly farts, and I never fart.

I'm on the no-explode/nitrix.

Let me know how the cellmass works for you. I was thinking of getting that but wasn't sure.

 
alright definately will....NDS pump fuel last...for this week only im on xyience NOXg3 i think its called and next week starts the cell mass...how are you liking the no explode with the nitrix....i wasnt sure about getting the stack and keeping the nitrix...i was gonna replace it with something else but i figuered id give it a wirl

I used to just take Cytosport's Cytogain which was OK, but this no-xplode gives me a lot of energy to workout with. I am on two scoops right now, but after a few more workouts might more to 3. I had my training today w/ my trainer and it kicked my ***! But that might be because we did about 30 minutes of constant stuff without a break..

The nitrix has yet to "kick", so I don't know how that is going. I started last sunday so I still have another week before I will know for sure. I'll definately let you know if it works or not for me.

But so far, I recommend the no-xplode.

 
ok i just skimmed through the thread, didnt read all posts.

Superdral is banned as of last year i believe, but the same formula used to make superdral is in Finadral(i have some), I started taking finadral back in may, but then i got lazy with working out so i quit taking it. but now i have been dedicated in working this past month(starting from mid october). I have been takin 1 cap a day, and plan on stackin next week. The results are somewhat noticable, but cant speak truth until a full 6 week cycle is complete.

Some friends at school on the footbal team have taken MaxLMG and the results were notciable for sure. One of the players took real roids and man he is swoll. I'll try to dig up a pic form myspace of him to show. lol
