I have been takin 1 cap a day, and plan on stackin next week. The results are somewhat noticable, but cant speak truth until a full 6 week cycle is complete.Some friends at school on the footbal team have taken MaxLMG and the results were notciable for sure. One of the players took real roids and man he is swoll. I'll try to dig up a pic form myspace of him to show. lol</blockquote>
