Only way for them to know that is to card everyone in the house which they could not have done since you did not give them permission.
However in the past when I was underage we did have cops who tried to search the house and we told them no so they waited outside for anyone to leave....there were people passed out anywhere and everywhere b/c nobody wanted to take the chance of leaving...lol

i doubt they would sit outside your home to wait for people to come out since that would be harrassment and waste lots of time they would be spending doing other shit...

Same about cars, they can ask to search your car. If you say no they have to get a warrant.
If Contraband is located in a vehicle, anywhere that contraband can be hidden or stored can be searched based on the Motor Vehicle Exception (Including Glove boxes and trunks, yo).i think trunk also if it is locked they have to get a warrent
