Legal advice??

I never have agreed with the drinking age. Simply because we can get married at 18, or fight oversea's at 18, but cant drink alcohol till 21. Makes since huh. But I'm not hear to impose against the laws. But heres where i need advice.. I plan on talking to a lawyer tomm.

Last night we had a party, all of us being 18-22. Cops came wrote minor in poss. tickets to everyone under 21. The thing is, I recorded on my phone the video outside the door. I told the officers I do not give them consent to enter my house. And next thing I know, they enter anyways and write tickets. I then told the officer I didnt give him permission, and that I recorded it and he then tells me "he'll throw my phone away."

Well they dont need permission if they have a reason to go in. Like say, an underager drinking outside...or seeing them through the windows...Proable cause

First of all, did you forget to cap. the Y in You?

Next, did you mean spend instead of spent??

Next, did you mean time instead of times?

Next, did you mean write instead of right?

Thats four mistakes, in a 13 word sentence. Not counting the sentence isn't even worded correctly. So next time you decide to pick on someone, double check yourselve.

was everyone under 21 drinking, or holding alcohol? how many people underage were there. you probably wont get anything from court if u try it. assuming your 21, theres nothing you can get. your friends would have to take it up themselves i believe

I was told I could get a serving alcohol to a minor, because we had kegs. Which they never found. And probally 15 underage drinkers and 9-10 overage.
