I swapped my expensive AC hid kit to some new 3 sided led bulbs which are even brighter than the ones op listed. The leds are much much brighter and much more focused than the hids were. Got Morimoto XB35s as my first "mod" to my vehicle, $150 for 5 year warranty amazing customer service and the dd of headlights? Yes please. 90% of vehicles '99+ have adjustable headlights, so if you're blinding people you're probably using bad lights/bad adjust.

I'm not worried about some cheap HID kits. They are nothing compared to them LED light bars people are running now. I was blinded the other day by a F-250 and it was not even totally dark out yet.
