guys still not connected please anybody can help!!!!

So is this alternator already installed in your car?

If so, you can search on here or contact the seller for a wiring diagram for the external regulator.

Though I will say that you should have done some research before purchasing an alt with an external regulator.

seller are not responding //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I make misstake to purchasing this alternator from him..

anyway it is done already //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I have hummer h3, and I did not touch factory alternator & et.c I just add this alternator and two batteries 100amp each, the problems is everything is working but it you regulator keep charging batteries even when they are full.. i need some sort of relay which will stop alternatro when batteries are charged..

Chances are you should have bought a normally regulated alt. When a stock charging system senses that the batteries are full, it will step down to a float charge, usually around 13.2v ~ 13.6v. If the alt does not step down the charge rate and stays at the full rate of 14.4V (or higher), then you run the risk of overcharging the batteries, especially if the duration is more than 10 minutes. So by having an externally regulated alt, if the voltage is set and does not automatically adjust, you might want to set it lower if you plan on driving for more than 10 minutes. This should only be a consideration if the batteries are already fully charged to begin with.

I`m sure it is way, to connect external regulator to some kind of relay so it will stop overcharging batteries avtomatically
