Acoustic Solutions ICS60 and JBL 600W amp... conflicting???

i have recently perchaised an "Acoustic Solutions ICS60" and fitted it to my old 600watt JBL amplifyer... it used to work with my old cd player and now it does and wont turn off unless i unscrew the power cable from the fuse.... its bad keeping my amp powered 24/7... dunno what im doing wrong

please help if anyone has any ideas.

its connected to the ariel/amplifyer cable as instructed and there is another plug comes with it... also has a "serial/amplifyer" cable, but i just dont get what i need to do.
