What is the dimensions of the largest box you can put into the trunk of a cavalier. I want to put two 12" treo ssi in a ported 3.5 cu ft box.
go measure the height width and depth of your trunk and then multiply the numbers. What is the dimensions of the largest box you can put into the trunk of a cavalier. I want to put two 12" treo ssi in a ported 3.5 cu ft box.
x2, 4 cubic feet should fit.go measure the height width and depth of your trunk and then multiply the numbers.
i agree 100%if you do it like that you should just face the subs forward too, and try to seal around the box from the trunk.
that was about 2 years ago. it sounded pretty good and was pretty loud too. I think i metered a hair over 144 with that set up, which is respectable. all of that has since been swapped with what is in my sig now. sounds hella better now.or if you do it like that. ^^^^^
how does that sound with the subs up like that?

not impressed with the hair over 144. i metered at 145.3 outlaw on dash with 1 12" with the port and sub facing backward... and a 144.3 legal on dash.that was about 2 years ago. it sounded pretty good and was pretty loud too. if you fire subs up under rear deck like i did make sure you do something with rear deck. that thing jumped around like crazy back then.
