Laptop help...

well it all depends on what you want. how much to spend? i mean usually the best place is to buy from the actual company. sometimes the company will have awesome deals and such. what kind of laptop do you want? name specs and possibly even size. dell always has good deals going. sometimes they have a coupon that will take off $750 off of your purchase (hasn't happened in a while though but thats how I bought my desktop).

also a good place to find deals on laptops is http://www.techbargains.com, http://www.slickdeals.net, and http://www.bensbargains.net.

If you are looking to get a Sager computer (highly recommended by me), I would suggest getting it from PCTorque.com instead. Customize a pre-configured system, as that will save you some cash too.

I ordered mine from powernotebooks **** near 4 years ago, and it is still going strong. Trust me, they are good quality. I beat the shit out of my laptop //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Oh, and check out sagerforums.com for the latest info on them (also a FS/FT section there for them too, save even more)

Dell is the best cheapest gaming laptops. You can get a 9300, put a gf 7800 gtx in it and have top of the line for cheap (sub $1500). I dont need the BEST graphics notebook so i just bought one with a 6800. But here is some info on the the GPU and also a piin mod CPU upgrade.

I got a 9300 with 1.86ghz pentium M, gig of ram, geforce 6800, 60gig 7200 rpm HD, b/g/bluetooth wireless, dvd+-rw, two batteries, backpack carry case, 3 years of mcaffee virus/firewall, year waranty, and shipped overnight for a total of $1588. I used a $750 off coupon and a $100 coupon. I could have bought a stripped down model and upgraded but i figured why bother....when this one isnt good enough i will upgrade it then.
