and whether or not I am wrong or not about batts vs alts is meaningless

your whole argument was the limit cutoff of an automotive regulator and your wrong today and you were wrong yesterday live with it...

Not true. It means a lot. It means you're an idiot.

your whole argument was the limit cutoff of an automotive regulator and your wrong today and you were wrong yesterday live with it...
That was not my whole argument. It was a tangent you got off on because you knew you were defeated. Then I even defeated you at that... and now umadbro. It's cool. Everyone can see how wrong you are and it's funny. That's why umad. I proved it. You didn't prove ANYTHING other than you can't read for comprehension and that you're a bad liar.

dude give it a rest

you have proved nothing but your lack of knowledge about a cars voltage regulation that is all... I gave facts you came back with a dif ? almost everytime and fake links that made your posistion worse.. you definately know electrical theory and practice better than me... but you don't know jack about a cars charging system... I don't care what setup you have...that doesn't mean you know anything about it... i know what i have learned on it and what I know is plenty to have an audio "hobby"...

you have made me stoop to your level... pretty sad... I appologize to everyone for the pointless argument..

to the OP.you need to do 'the big 3 '.if you still have the yellow top you pulled out of your car, install it in the trunk next to the amplifier. if you still have voltage drops below 12.5 volts after doing that you will need to look at a H.O. alt.

i really think with the big 3 and two batteries you should be good to go. in my car, i have two 35/75 yellow tops, the big 3, and a factory 85 amp alternator. with 1900 watts rms of power my voltage never goes below 13.0v

You gave no facts

almost everytime and fake links that made your posistion worse..
My links were real.

Yeah I do. I clearly know more than you about it thus how I proved you wrong time and time again.

you have made me stoop to your level... pretty sad... I appologize to everyone for the pointless argument..
You could never get on my level. Your elevator doesn't go this high son.

exactly what i already said twice. read the thread

lol.. calling a 40 yr old son

Lol sic you're going to have to accept it at some point. You don't know jack **** about charging systems. You might be one heck of a nice guy but your advice is worthless man. Batteries do not magically make power. When the vehicle is on and the voltage is above the batt resting voltage 100% of all current is being drawn from the alternator. The batt is drawing current from it all the time. So is everything else.

and I am the idiot?

oooook then.......

100% all comes from the alt huh... wow learn something new every day..

guess ill get rid of my battery and use a plug in charger to start my vehicles from now on since I dont need the battery or its extra current that the alt can't always provide.....

cool man thanks for the tip!

Lol what does it take to make current flow? Answer that correctly, and you'll understand why I'm right.
