How much bigger is the hc compared to that batt?

Height is the biggest problem, so could i just mount it on its side?

yep. those batteries can be mounted any way. they dont have to be mounted straight up

I'd drop it in and give it a go the length is mainly most peoples worry drop it in and test her out ,ight be a lil work but you'll know .
