kinetik 1400 problem

Hi guys,

I installed my kinetik HC 1400 under the hood yesterday, after driving for about 3 hours the dash lights starts to dim even when the sound system is off and I heared some noise from the tweeter with engine speed, so I just return the stock battery back, what could be the problem guys, my electrical system is totally stock.

Get the Kinetik battery checked, might just be a dud battery. Check all grounds. My friend had a similar problem and the battery was just a dud, and kinetik replaced it free of charge. Good luck, Make sure the terminals are screwed on tight.

I checked it with a DMM and the voltage reading was 13.1, so it looks like the batt is ok.
