Kicker vs Alpine

I need an amp for my Kicker 12" L7 ...dual 4....ported

I've been on CL. The only guy with a Kicker zx750.1 wants 175 for it. But later that same day a guy offered me an Alpine MRP 1000 for $150 and another offered me a Kicker ZX1000.1 for 175. Which should I get?

I've always had success with Kicker amps but have heard good things about Alpine amps as well. They are usually both underrated. I just always like to keep my gains low and still get great output and my Kicker amps always did that. No experience with Alpine amps.

Any opinions???

go for the kicker zx the mrp alpines get problems with heat and cutting in and out even when tuned right.

Go with the kicker but b carefull ive been told that l7s dont like over the rated 750 rms

I've been giving this one about 900rms on a Hifonics BRZ1200.1d. I'm just tired of it so I'm gettin rid of it for a kicker amp.
