kicker L7 sub warranty info

what kind of warranty do the Kicker L7s come with. i have a chance to buy 2 15" L7s for $500 but they dont come with a warranty. but if i but them from an authorized retailer then they come with warranty. but if i blow thwm will kicker replace it?
