I’m pretty sure what I am gonna do, but want a consensus.

When I change out the 6.5 and 2.75 dash speaker for the new Alpine S2-S69C components. 6x9 woofer and 3” dash speaker with tweeter. Would you re do the DSP?

I am pretty sure you raised the treble to compensate for a lack of tweeters. You are also moving from 6.5s to 6x9s so the mid-bass will also have to be adjusted. So yes, re-adjust the DSP.
