I think the bedliner crap is a waste... On wood especially since it will peel so easily even with the box being resined.

IMO, I would refrain from using the bedliner. If you want to be super cheap about it just get some sanding sealer and some primer and rattle can paint and spray a color to match your truck...

I painted my whole inside for my 6 12's with rattle can Krylon paint and it only cost around $10 worth of paint.

Box still isn't bolted down or sealed off yet and my cd player is skipping but here's a quick vid:



And the right sub is crooked because that is how it was reconed....not my choice, haha.

I'm glad mlstrass cut it up and not me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif But yes it is definitely worth it. I'm glad the cut is as big as it is because if I ever want to upgrade to 15s or a couple more 12s all I'll have to do is build another box....no worrying about making the cut larger.

did a 139.7 in the kick on a Audio control the other weekend. couldnt handle the 1500ish watts i was giving it, maybe 60% till it clipped. but sounds fine for daily applications.

All bolted down and sealed off with expanding foam.

Here you can see why I might not be able to fit 15s in there. The box is 15'' tall and there isn't much room above it.

Some more foam that I can scrape off once it dries.

Here's how it looks from the inside before I foamed. I know there's wires everywhere but there's nowhere else to put them.

Thanks! Yeah, I guess I should have done that before I foamed. Oh well, I'll just get the top, back, and sides. My cd player is skipping like crazy so I need to figure that out too.
