Not yet. I think I might just skip the paint and put a speaker grill mesh over the cut on the panel...so it won't be visible anyways.

IMO, thats a mistake. Buy $10 in spray bed liner and coat the face of the box. You'll be glad you did! I dont know if your planned grille will be removable, but if it is, youll be taking it off to show off the subs. When you do, you'll be forced to look at bare wood BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Not sure...he said he wanted to hear it when it's done so I might take a ride up there sometime next week. I just got home for the summer on Thursday and I'm not starting work for a week so I have some free time.
