kbaudio......anyone doing business with them?

I have an amp in for repair, they arent being very helpful at all. Ive sent numerous emails, I just keep getting told "it shouldnt be too long." This is what they told me three weeks ago now.....

Ive called several times, left quite a few messages- Sergey left me a message to call him back, and I did, with no response.

It sucks, because I have someone waiting on the amp to complete a trade.

Anyone have any suggestions?

 
I say **** them! If they can't repond to you emails and attend their online customer service then they don't deserve to be in business. I hate companies that **** at customer service!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

Don't do business with them again.
