I have an amp in for repair, they arent being very helpful at all. Ive sent numerous emails, I just keep getting told "it shouldnt be too long." This is what they told me three weeks ago now.....

Ive called several times, left quite a few messages- Sergey left me a message to call him back, and I did, with no response.

It sucks, because I have someone waiting on the amp to complete a trade.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same problem, they never fixed the amp but it was gone for over a month, so I just sold it on ebay as broken because I got tired of waiting.

Just getting pretty pissed........now I see why their reputation is getting so bad...

You really need to read this thread on Termpro conecrining K&B Audio, and TPIS as well and their practices or lack thereof......anyone considering getting an amplifier fixed NEEDS to review this thread before sending it to anyone!
