I said I don't know much about them. Give a guy a break, ****. I have been out of the scene for awhile and am still using older equiptment. I don't give a shit if they are 04's or 05's. I still think I got a good deal and I am happy with that. I guess I could always lie and act like a "know it all".

Sorry, I am battling a serious flu and am a little touchy. I think that is why my wife took off for Tucson this morning. I am just trying to say that I would really appreciate all of the help I can get from the people here. That includes opinions even if they do ****. LOL I didn't mean anything personal by that, I just hate when people who are trying to get help and opinions are basically flamed and made to look like idiots. Let me put it to you like this, the last "new" audio purchase I made was my JL's in 99, and I haven't even bothered to look at the new technology since then. '05 Type R's have a double roll surround.... like the surround is inset, the '04 R's have a regular foam surround i think

They are the 05's then. They have the double roll surround. They are identicle to the top pic. You guys are awesome, Thanks for the help Skeptical and Trevor87. That just made my day even better.

Yes they are dual 4 ohm. ! of them has a slight "dent or crease" in the main cone but looks like it won't matter. Here are the specs

those are dual 4, they are a awesome seller, done business wit them plenty of times. and will do more in the future. dont be expect great shipping though, lmao. they could do better.
