Just purchased! new oz audio sub!!!

The matrix subs where great, Im still running the 180 6"s in my doors, but terrible service from OZ when I ran into problems.

so what was the problem with thier service they didnt want to give u a new sub or what ?

I worked for a wholesale/retail shop in pontiac,MI and I have made several purchases from them thru employee purchase. I sold what seemed like millions for those bastich's. I had a friend buy 8 - 15" vectors and 2 2000x usamps for his suburban. We installed them did a whole bunch of spl contest's and this was all within two months so 60 days max and we blue a couple and they would do anything with them. I had good relations with the owners, they came to our store one weekend with there technical staff and we all went out to dinner and so on. I felt I had made friends them and when I asked them to help me with a defect on there sub's which they knew about, they said no can do. The connectors for the speaker wire were terribly designed they would break off in shipping. They knew this and still wouldn't help me my boy was out 1600.00 dollars I mean how do replace one or two subs in an install like that? He's not going to buy another one!
