Just need a few thing clarified

1) If I want to run a pair of comps and a sub, should I use a 4chan amp, or would it be better to run a 2chan for the comps and a mono for the sub?

2) Is it worth the time and money to replace stock wiring? What are all the type of connections that I would need to make from hu > amp > crossovers > woofers and tweeters? And recommended brands of wire/cable?

3) I was thinking about getting Alpine type R 6.5" comps. Is that good for the money?

1. Depends on what subs and comps you would like to use. Are you going to run just 2 comps or 4?

2. Depends on what amps and how much power you will be running.

3. Yes, they are not to bad. They should do you just fine.
