why not use aero ports. It would make changing the tuning so much easier. I would bet it would be louder as well.

Mainly because I would need to have a bend for the ports to fit in the enclosure. Plus I dont wanna spend the money for them. And I would need like 4 6" aeros to get the amount of port area Im shootin for.

If you have any suggestions though I would be more than happy to consider aeros, I just havent been able to come up with a way to use them here.

Thanks for the comments too guys, I did consider using two of the 8" or 10" concrete tubes they have at Lowes, I dont think I could fit them on the front though.

Yes, I actually have been debating that one for a while now. Im not sure if I would prefer to have the woofer right behind my head or the port. I was favoring the woofer on that side but Im not sure which would be more "comfortable" to the driver.

I think it's because the woofer creates more preasure than the port, so u would want it by the meter, so for DD i say have it behind u //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The side of the car with the sub tends to be loudest, so I'd go that route.
