junk *** enclosure build mt10 and mm2000.1

You realize there is a second trigger on your caulking gun that will release the pressure on the tube after you're done doing your line of caulk, so that it won't keep oozing out after you've let go, right?

CRAZYCORNUTS18 y do you think it will bottom out?"""""

chevyaudio says that the basket is too close to the cone, and it just bottoms out easy, too much woofer in too small of a space.

if this is true, i'll just have to recone to 18", i already have me a basket anyway. : )

Some of them you have to twist the plunger to release the pressure, I have yet to see one that goes in and doesn't come out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

pounds like mad, loudest 10 i have ever experienced, it's quiet outside, gotta love that deadener, pics tomorrow, i am dead tired today.

the MT10 has a bad recone job on it, the dood didn't know too much about reconing, and tried a MT as a first one i guess? must not have known how tight it needs to be.

coil rubs on one side, goes away if you hold right above the E, so i inverted the woofer and screwed it down so the baffle is holding above the E, sounds alright, distorts at volume.

chevyaudio: mr. basket does not meet mr. cone, ever, and i wired it to .75 ohms so it should be getting ~2000watts.

the spider is actually the same size as the cone so in order for it to make contact with the basket, it would have to destroy the spider first.

problems as of now: 11.1 volts. :/ blows, need to get me a yellow top and some big three action.

maybe a h/o alt, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

**** man, this thing is ****ing loud, but the mechanical noise of this woofer is insane except on really low notes..

so i am going to build a 1 cube box with the woofer in verted, and port outside the box.

tuned to 30hz.

pics in 20 minutes.
