done a good amount, need phattony's router for any more progress.

very proud of it, by my measurements, the interior is 2.2 cubes, minus .18 displacement of woofer, will give me 2.02 net.

goat acheived, going to add more foam where you see foam.

probably going to skip out on the metal, this box is tough how it is.

Also, how do you plan on lowering the tuning frequency by reducing the enclosure volume? Are you cutting down the port area that much?

Port deff needs to be changed (longer/smaller) to get the lower tuning.

a little bit. it's lowering only 4hz, i am going to fill this thing with sand tomorrow and measure the sand to get an exact displacement and cut my port a

little shorter if i have to, i want it between 28-35, so as long as i am in there, i'll be happy.

this thing looked soo dank before i started caulking, i ****ing **** the nuts at that caulk gun, stupid cheap one bleeds out forever after you let go. phattony is really the caulkmaster.

going to fill the rest of that foam box with foam tomorrow so it'll be sonically dead.

notice the sweet 45's on the corners

i love that spray stuff, this box should look pretty great with carpet.

going to port forward, woofer up, this worked pretty well last time i had some woofers.

You got it backwards, with the smaller box volume, the port needs to be longer to get the lower tuning (or smaller port area)

I was gonna put it on my MM3000.1, but I digress. That bitch is gonna slam in that truck.

i did make it longer, by 3 inches, and 1 inch smaller in the opening.

multi textured rustoleum paint, it's got a nice texture to it, we used it on our buggy for the flooring so it's non-slip. so i took the leftovers.

it's almost like rubbery plastic when it dries.

not catching your drift. saying the woofer will bottom out?

also, the basket is a mrs. it has the hole in it, that the cone and voice coil go into.
