This will be my first build log on here and hate to say it but it will be a long one.

First off this is what it is all going in!

My baby! 2008 Ford Escape on 22s,, and just to clear it up before anything is said I work for everything I got including this truck and everything I do to it, nobody has helped me pay for anything especially my parents..

Gathering up all my materials and will hopefully get the box made this weekend. Going to be running a 15" Nightshade and more than likely off a saz 3000. Have an Exide Orbital under the hood and will either run 1 or 2 Deka 9a31 in the back. Alt is a 150 so I will probably leave that for now.

Here is most of the stuff I have put together so far..

120 sq ft of damplifier pro thanks to Ant over at Second Skin for hookin me up!

50 ft of 1/0 wire thanks to user loudcartunez!

Big spool of speaker wire at a the local flea market for $10. COuldnt pass it up even though it probably wont get used for thsi build.

Hope to get the sub and amp within the next 2-3 weeks and have everything ready so I can throw it in. My man Darren over at Dbeez Car Audio is really going to be hooking me up for this build but I will post as progress is made.

The only drop springs that will work on my truck would only give me about .5" and its not worth the money to me.. Depending on my money stuation it will be bagged this summer! CHeck my cardomain page to see a photoshop somebody did of it for me http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3100443

Yeah it does look nice hopefully all his money falls together so he can get all he wants right up front i always hate having to wait...But with the setup it will be loud for a single 15..If he doesn't mind after Carl Casper show i will be posting his and my numbers from the show and some vids..

ahh man i havevent gotten the privelage to work on one yet but what i hear is it takes lots of money as in the harness is around 100-150 depending on the our time if you get one let me know what options it has and i will check my book and give you the numbers of options that yours has and then just some of your time after you get one shoot me a pm with the options and i can get you the numbers of the harness and stuff you need..

Sorry dbeez but not really.. I spent $20 on the dash kit which is a Scosche Color Matched kit off ebay and than the harness was like $50. I got it from a local dealer so I cant remember the model # off top of my head but it was just like other installs. It has a small box like module but you just color match the wires. I am about to take the deck out to run some RCA/remote so I will snap some pics of the wiring harness for ya. Will try to put some pics up this weekend for ya man. Check the thread back

really even cheaper there you go man thats even better see i have never even got to look i know the one for my impala was 100 but i guess for has decided to be alot kinder nowadays..Dont be sorry thats why i said i have never got the privilege to work on one i just remember most fords liked to have the harness run all the way to the trunk..

You can get a real expensive one but it is not necessary. I think the only option that changes between the two is when you dim your dash lights it will dim the deck (depending on what deck it is and if it has the feature) But I will try to get some model #s up and pics if you want em man
