He told me to hit up Singer when i asked if they make bigger than 240amp for my Sonata. So i hitup Singer and sure enough they made a 320amp for me. I'm still deciding between a $320 240a or $510 320a.
I'm feeling going with J's because I want a new alt asap a part of me wants to get the biggest baddest Alt out there so i only have to install it once.

Do the 240 and spend that extra money on external regulator mods if he offers it. Charge at 14.8

Cool. Hopefully my buddy and I will have the clamp test done by then.

Still wanting to know if said test was done? Or even a follow up on how the alt is doing

I never clamped it because there was already a test done on my exact alt on youtube. Alts doing great. Holding 13.2 at the lowest on a taramps 8k and a mb quart 125.4 at two ohms per channel. 4g31's and 3 runs of 0 gauge.

I had been sending messages with the owner of js alternators he told me all his parts are made in the USA.The reason that he is able to his prices so low is because it's just him and one other guy he told me that he has 20+ yrs building and has been competing for many years and he knows what the demand of the customer is so now I'm 100% sure I will order my alt from js ultimate alternators

His alts are very good, i dont know about longevity, but they put out rated or more.

One issue some people will have is with dodge and german cars.

If you buy an alt from him and its the certain ones he has alot of issues with he will 9/10 times tell you to hit up mike singer to fix it.

Just last heatwave he was ******* up to mike singer just because he knows the longer he ***** up the more mike helps him with certain issues.
