The SQ stuff gets crazy crazy expensive and I’ve been to a few events around here which is fun but SQ is more subjective as well.

Yeah I agree on the 30 second vs burp.

So back on this thread, what would you recommend for Thx?

With his budget a Taramps Smart3 or Cab22. I've yet to hear a Cab22 so that is just based on reviews. I think he should get a SIA2500. The SIA is a smaller SALT board. It has a lot of Korean parts. I think they are the best full bridge amps out there.

Potato potato... If he didn't understand what I meant, he wouldn't have responded the way he did.

You get hung up on the word Outlaw. If it was Sealed vs. Unsealed then I don't think you would look down on it so much. Like I said, when people get a demo they don't put their head against the windshield.

I would personally get the SIA2500 over the JP23. The JP33 and the SIA3500 would be a tough choice. I like the fact that the SIA amps are almost identical at one and two ohms.

I'm sure that the Cab22 is probably a good amp I've just never heard one or seen anybody else running them. I see a lot of people running the SIA3500. It might just come down to personal preference and the amount of space that you have. I have two amps in my truck under my seats. SIA3500 for the bass and a Crescendo S4 for the mids/highs.

2,500 watts at 2 ohms, 2,000 watts at 4 ohms and the signal to noise ratio is big for me. It's your choice though.

Oh no, I get it. 108db signal to noise ratio is outstanding. I love the smaller footprint as well.
