I think its a Chevy... Anyway, Joel has done a fair bit of customizing on this unit and will continue to do so through this winter. As the first pic shows he has removed the door handles, replacing them with an electronic system that ties into his Viper car alarm. He also did some front and back end frame work. This picture does the truck paint job no justice whatsoever - you would have to see it live to appreciate it

The next shot shows the interior with the back seat ripped out. He will also be ripping out his single 12" Diamond Audio sub, replacing it with two SPL-15's. The cap will also go, but the nice Audison 1kw amp stays to power the front stage

The next shot shows what he was running before. He does fiberglassing for a living so new pods will replace these

And here begins the pod build. He decided to go with two MLI-65's per side

The next shot is either a breast implant gone bad or Joel's pods ready for sanding

Thanks to Bud, we acquired a Memphis 4000d amp to drive the SPL-15's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif Joel is getting a second Audison amp for the other front channel. He will have 2kw on tap for the front end alone.

More pics coming - sub box, Joel's head unit, accessories, etc...

Yeah, he does some really nice fiberglass work. He will be finishing off the sub box in fiberglass which will look awesome, but unfortunately he won't be doing it this fall.

I'm not sure, but I think he was talking about that. I know the rims are on the way but not sure the size. It's going to be badass regardless...

I *think* his head unit is an Eclipse dual din size with backup camera, etc. etc. He was talking about adding a PS2 as well. He disabled the parking brake sensor so he can watch DVD's while in motion //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif (of course he wouldn't do that...)

And we got him some SEAS tweeters. I'm building a passive crossover for him as he doesn't want to add another amp at this time. They sound sweet...

For a show truck your really not going to find a prettier amp. They are great lookin.

As you can see I know little about this kind of shit. He's not much into the 'net and forums and stuff, which is why I'm posting this. I'll ask him about it and let you know. This is going to be a very nice unit when he's done tho - that much I know.
